The role
The freedom of being your own boss, but as an employee, is possible at Partou! As a pedagogical staff member in our FIP Team (Flexible Deployment Partou), you are the director of your own work week. You are given the freedom to decide for yourself when and where you want to work. This unique flexibility offers you the possibility to find a good balance between work and private life. Do you want to study, travel, or be able to make time for your family? Partou is happy to give you the space for this!
About the location
As a pedagogical staff member within the FIP Team in Almere, you will work at various locations. Wherever you are needed most! This way, you will get to know the daycare (KDV) and after-school care (BSO) locations and all colleagues well in a short time. We have multiple locations in Almere and these are easily accessible by public transport. But riding your bike is also a great option, of course!
