Are you a qualified pedagogical professional with an ECE certificate, or are you willing to obtain one? Then our flex team is for you! With a contract of 0 to 36 hours, you determine how much you work together with us.

• You are enthusiastic, energetic, and get joy from children between 0 and 13 years old.
• You are flexible, switch gears quickly, and can hold your own well in a new group.
• Children quickly feel at ease with you.
• You also get along well with parents; for them, you are a partner in upbringing.
• You are independent and can work well in a team.
• You seek a job in which you can develop yourself as a professional and as a person.
• You possess a qualifying education at MBO or HBO level.
• Some experience in childcare is preferred.

Ideally, you are deployable in both a daycare center and at an after-school care (BSO) facility. Preferably daily, but even if you are available exclusively during BSO opening hours or only a few days a week, we would love to talk to you.
