The role

As a pedagogical staff member in our FIP Team (Flexible Deployment Partou), you are the director of your own work week. You are given the freedom to decide for yourself when and where you want to work. This unique flexibility offers you the opportunity to find a good balance between work and private life. As a pedagogical staff member within the FIP Team at Partou, you have the opportunity to work at various daycare centers, after-school care locations, and toddler groups, allowing you to gain a wealth of experience. In addition, you have the freedom to make choices that are important to you, AND you have the security of a contract. Will you become our colleague?? Then you can count on good compensation in accordance with the CAO Kinderopvang, scale 6. How you'll work
As a pedagogical staff member within the FIP Team in Amsterdam, you will work at various locations. Wherever you are needed most! This way, you will get to know the daycare and after-school care locations and all colleagues well in a short time. We have multiple locations in every Amsterdam neighborhood, and these are easily accessible by public transport. But cycling through the city is also a great option, of course!
