Pedagogical Staff Member | BSO Zwanebloemlaan Amsterdam

Building huts together in nature today, being a master baker in the cooking studio tomorrow. We take the ideas and talents of the children (and yours!) very seriously. Your afternoon as a pedagogical staff member (BSO) Zwanebloemlaan in Amsterdam is therefore certainly not childish!

At BSO Zwanebloemlaan in Amsterdam-IJburg, you work in a homey setting where children up to 12 years old relax, play, and grow after school. Our BSO is located in the Willibrordschool. After school, children walk directly to our cozy space, where we do crafts and make snacks and drinks together almost every day.

There is also plenty of room for adventure outside. In the square, children find fun hiding spots, and the Diemerpark feels almost like our backyard. We also love visiting the Van Gogh Park. As a pedagogical staff member, you will enjoy being both indoors and outdoors together with the children.

Every week, we prepare a warm meal on a rotating day. Children who enjoy that help out. This gives them the space to participate and have fun together.

Location manager Martje finds it important that children truly relax and loves to see how friendships form and grow. As a pedagogical staff member, you contribute to that warm, familiar atmosphere every single day.
