The role
Are you sporty, a gaming fanatic, or a master at crafting? For our BSO in The Hague, we are looking for a pedagogical staff member who provides adventurous afternoons full of energy and creative ideas. You give children the space to grow and to relax after a busy school day. Time for tea, fruit, and lots of fun? Come strengthen our team!
About the location
Step inside BSO Jaap Hoekdreef: a bright, open place where children are truly free after school. You will work in Leidschenveen, at Jaap Hoekdreef 34, together with the daycare center under one roof. Children choose for themselves what they do and with whom, and as a pedagogical staff member, you provide both space and direction.
The doors to the group rooms stand open. In the patio room, children make music, in the building corner they build with Lego or blocks, and at the table they color mandalas. Outside, the roof terrace, the patio, and the football cage await for a game of football and plenty of outdoor play. The location is conveniently situated next to public transport, so you will be there in no time.
At this location, we care for children from 4 to 12 years old after school hours. Next to BSO Jaap Hoekdreef lies our sports-BSO, where movement and being active are central. You will work at one fixed location or combine both places, whatever suits you. Child participation plays an important role: children think along and make their own choices. You guide them in this and ensure a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in which every child feels seen.
