About the location
Do you enjoy working at small-scale locations where you are truly part of a close-knit team? In the cozy Eefde, you will find KDV Het Hart, BSO De Boomhut, and BSO Villa 60. These three locations are close to each other and together form a pleasant workplace with a village character, where children, parents, and colleagues know one another.
As a flexible pedagogical staff member, you will work in an environment with plenty of variety. At KDV Het Hart, you will guide children in the baby group and toddler group in a homey space with various play areas, bedrooms, and a sheltered outdoor play area. At the BSOs, there is plenty of room for discovery, movement, and creativity. Children play in different play areas, express themselves on large schoolyards and outdoor play areas, and regularly head into nature. The forest, the farm, a playground, and sports hall De Stuw are located nearby.
Together, we ensure a trusted environment in which children develop in their own way. As a pedagogical staff member, you will work in a small and dedicated team, where collaboration is central. The locations are easily accessible by public transport and have sufficient parking availability. Because of this, you will experience the benefits of small-scale working every day, with lots of personal contact and visible impact on children and parents.
