Locatiemanager | KDV en BSO Posterij Nieuwkoop

As a site manager at Partou in Nieuwkoop, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

As the site manager of KDV and BSO De Posterij, you will arrive at a unique location in the heart of Nieuwkoop. What was once the village's old post office is now a modern, bright, and inviting childcare center where children are given all the space to play, discover, and grow.

At the daycare center on the Achterweg, you step into a colorful environment with cozy play areas, a homely atmosphere, and a team that commits itself every day to the development of children. Outside lies a beautiful garden where children can move, discover, and use their imagination to the fullest. Rain or shine, playing outside is part of the day here. From baking sand cakes to organizing a tricycle race: the outdoor space is both safe and challenging for all ages. Additionally, much attention is paid to the language development of children, so that they receive a strong foundation for the future.

The BSO also has its own character. Located at De Dreg, in a spacious and bright environment, this location offers plenty of opportunities for sport, play, and relaxation. With a hockey field right outside the door and several playgrounds within walking distance, the children can regularly be found outdoors. Inside, they engage in crafting, cooking, and playing together. Furthermore, inspiring workshops in the fields of sport and nutrition are regularly organized. The BSO provides both pre-school care and after-school care for children from various schools in the area.

As a site manager, you are responsible for both locations and you lead dedicated teams working together towards a safe, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for children. A versatile role at a location where history, development, and the joy of play come together in a beautiful way.
