Essential aspects of the role:

• Helping the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and realize profit opportunities;
• Setting daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance;
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and keeping the Store Manager informed about action plans;
• Controlling costs and store operations, such as inventory management, labor costs, administration, and work schedules;
• Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge;
• Taking leadership of the store when the Store Manager is absent;
• Ensuring that the entire store looks perfect.
