The role

What you'll do
At Tandartspraktijk Kennemerland, you contribute to excellent patient care every day. You:
- Independently performs orthodontic procedures: bands, brackets, impressions, debanding, etc.
- Assists the orthodontist with complex treatments
- Guides and reassures patients (including young people) through the treatment process
- Manages the reception desk, agenda, and administration professionally
- Monitors quality and compliance with protocols
Requirements
Work experience as a dental assistant, preferably in an orthodontic practice
Affinity with treating children and young people
Patient-oriented and a true team player who is open to feedback
Good command of the Dutch language
