What we're looking for

Who are we looking for?
To be able to be a member of the client council, you must be registered as an active patient at one of our three locations. Additionally, it is important that you have an interest in oral care and patient interests. You are a good listener and can express your opinion clearly; speaking and writing good Dutch is a plus. You must also be willing to attend meetings a few times a year (maximum 3x) at our location in Valkenswaard.

The role

Tandartsenpraktijk M3 Mondzorg is looking for new engaged and motivated members for the client council. The client council represents the voice of the patients and thinks along about the quality, accessibility, and patient-centeredness of the care we provide.

What you'll do

What will you do?
As a member of the client council, you represent the interests of the patients and think along about the policy and improvements within the practice. Additionally, you provide advice (both requested and unsolicited) to the practice management regarding the care provided. You contribute to an open and patient-centered service within our practices.

About the practice

When you are a member of the client council, you represent our three practices: Valkenswaard, Helmond, and Eersel. For many years, we have offered high-quality and complete oral care in a pleasant environment. Service and personal attention are central to this. Regular care, aesthetic treatments, implantology, orthodontics, prosthodontics, oral hygiene, and periodontology; everything under one roof! Our team of dentists, implantologists, oral hygienists, and assistants is supported by the M3 laboratory, which is present in both Valkenswaard and Helmond. By bundling all these expertises, it is possible to offer patients efficient and good dental care. The M3 team consists of a total of about 65 enthusiastic colleagues. Our practice is affiliated with Oral Care Nederland, an initiative of dentists for dentists, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and growth.

Requirements

What do we offer you?

Additionally, we offer support and you will receive clear information from the practice to fulfill your role as a member of the client council. A meaningful and social role. Naturally, you will receive reimbursement for expenses, if applicable.
