The role
Ensure our platform becomes smarter and easier with every customer
A customer is only truly helped when the use of Ockto becomes easier over time, not more complicated. As Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure this: you proactively signal where the platform, our processes, or the customer experience can improve, and you translate recurring questions and patterns into automation, self-service, and structural improvements. This way, Ockto not only remains reliable but becomes noticeably easier to use, for customers and for ourselves.
You are the connecting link between the customer, the Business Consultant, the Product Owner, and the Value Stream Teams. You monitor SLAs, process change requests, and execute releases, but your greatest impact lies in what you do afterwards: recognizing patterns, proposing improvements, and ensuring that solutions do not have to be reinvented every time. In this way, you help customers move forward and make our platform smarter, even as we grow rapidly.
What you'll do
You ensure that the use of Ockto becomes increasingly easier and smarter for customers, while the operational foundation underneath remains solid. As Service Delivery Manager:
You proactively signal opportunities to improve the platform, our processes, or customer ease of use, and you develop these into concrete improvement proposals.
You translate recurring questions and patterns into automation, self-service, and structural improvements, together with Agent Ops and Reliability.
You are involved in implementations from the kick-off and, together with the Business Consultant, you monitor that everything continues to work well and smoothly.
You are responsible for the technical onboarding of new customers and maintain this for existing customers, in accordance with our SOC2 standards.
You monitor SLAs and, together with 1st-line support, resolve customer questions and bottlenecks.
You process change requests and execute customer-oriented releases, from new functionality to data model changes, with clear communication about them.
What you get from us
You will receive a role with significant influence on the ease of use of our platform, the satisfaction of our customers, and how smartly we continue to scale.
Ownership of the ease of use and the operational and technical side of our most important customer relationships, such as ING, BMW, and Vesteda.
Space to help shape our automation and self-service agenda, and to actually see your improvement proposals reflected in our platform and our processes.
Short lines and space to prepare and implement improvements yourself.
Collaboration with experienced colleagues from various fields of expertise.
Space to further develop your skills.
You will join a team that places great value on diversity and collaboration, and you will experience a friendly, ambitious, and innovative working environment.

About Ockto
In their own words
About the company & team
Within Ockto, you work closely with the Account Manager, Business Consultant, Product Owner, and the Value Stream Teams. The Account Manager remains the owner of the customer relationship; you ensure that the use and operation of it continue to be correct and improve. You work continuously with the Business Consultant on implementations from the kick-off. You resolve customer-specific questions and bottlenecks yourself; patterns that extend beyond a single customer are transferred in a structured manner to the Value Stream Teams so they are solved structurally. For architectural choices that affect reusable platform components, you involve the Product Owner, and for compliance-sensitive topics, you present these to Compliance.
With customers, you work with both operational and technical stakeholders: from users and process owners to IT and compliance. You ensure they know what is changing, why, and what that means for them, and that their signals receive a permanent place in our improvement agenda.
You combine a sharp eye for improvement with an overview, always keeping the ease of use for the customer and the scalability of our platform in mind. We are looking for someone who:
