The role

Join the NH Collection team and work in fascinating hotels and resorts in authentic buildings in key destinations across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, and now also in Greater China. You will create an eclectic-elegant atmosphere to offer our guests a stay driven by extraordinary feelings, with great attention to stimulating details to create memorable moments.

As an F&B Staff member (m/f/d), you are responsible for the restaurant and banqueting. You enjoy being an authentic host and feel at ease in contact with our national and international guests.

Beyond the ordinary: Your benefits at NH Collection

Your day at NH Collection

05:30 You arrive at the restaurant to begin setting up the breakfast buffet.
06:00 Begin setting up the coffee machines, preparing the restaurant for service, and performing the mise en place.
07:00 Check once more that everything is in order and ready and the restaurant can open its doors. From this moment on, you may also assist guests with ordering room service.
09:00 The peak of service begins and you are busy clearing and resetting tables, refilling coffee/tea stations, serving room service, and chatting with guests.
11:00 Breakfast has ended and you begin breaking down the restaurant. Afterwards, you have a break with the team.
12:30 You clean up the restaurant and prepare for lunch. Everything must be refilled, cleaned, and ready for use.
14:30 You enjoy your last cup of coffee/tea and wait until you depart for home together with your team.

You strive to give every guest an "Extraordinary" experience;
You always think one step ahead and love to exceed the guest's expectations. Nothing is impossible;
You love to give your guests a memorable gastronomic experience. Experience in service or as a hospitality employee (in a 5* hotel) and a relevant education are useful, but for us, they are not the most important thing;
You master the English language in speech and writing, Dutch is a plus;
You love to share your passion and knowledge with both guests and colleagues.
