nhow Rotterdam is a lifestyle hotel with art as its theme. Just like its other nhow siblings in Brussels, Milan, Berlin, Marseille, London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt, nhow Rotterdam offers a groundbreaking and life-changing hotel experience. This hotel breathes art, architecture, and lifestyle in all its various forms.

As an F&B Team Member, you are responsible for the restaurant and banqueting. You enjoy being an authentic host and feel at ease in contact with our national and international guests.

14:45 You arrive dressed, with a cup of coffee, at the Food and Beverage office for the handover with the morning team and evening Supervisor.
15:00 After the handover, together with your colleagues, you set up the restaurant and/or bar and handle the Mise en Place for dinner.
16:00 If necessary, you support your colleague with the Meeting & Event breaks.
17:00 Dining with your colleagues and recharging for another busy evening.
18:00 The à la carte restaurant is open and you seat the first guests.
18:30 Together with your colleagues, you fully pamper the guests with your knowledge of wine and food and provide the guests with an unforgettable experience.
21:00 A quick Room Service delivery to one of the regular guests in between.
22:00 The restaurant is closed and while your colleagues go to prepare everything for breakfast, you support your colleague from Meeting & Events with setting up the rooms for the next morning.
23:45 The last round is done in the bar and your colleagues are in the pantry polishing everything.
00:00 You enjoy a closing drink at the end of the shift with your colleagues, while your colleague from the bar finishes the last tasks, counts the cash register, and writes and sends the handover.

• Helping guests brings a big smile to your face. The 'always a pleasure' mentality is something you identify with, and you love to go the extra mile for the guest;
• You love hard work, have an eye for detail, and see the opportunity in every situation and challenge;
• You have a passion for food and drink. Experience in service or as a hospitality employee and a relevant education are useful, but for us not the most important;
• You speak and understand Dutch and English;
• You have the gift of sharing your passion and knowledge with both the guests and your colleagues.
