You have completed a relevant HBO (higher professional education) and/or WO (university) degree. Additionally, you have the ambition to become a Chartered Accountant (Registeraccountant)
You have extensive work experience in the industry.

What you'll do

As a Senior Audit Assistant at Newtone, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues. From day one, you will visit clients and dive into fascinating business processes and financial statement items, and you will analyze not only financial aspects but also sustainability issues (ESG) using Data Analysis. You will get the chance to grow quickly, with support from experienced colleagues who stimulate your development.

What you will do

Conduct interviews with clients to understand and fathom their needs
Draft process descriptions, perform line controls, and identify risks
Audit less complex financial statement items and sustainability reports (ESG) in accordance with laws and regulations

Your work week consists of four days full of challenging activities and one day of study during which you attend lectures for your (Post-)Master's
