The role

Create unforgettable coffee moments as a part-time sales assistant at Nespresso. Are you social, energetic, and crazy about coffee? Then this is your chance to work for a global premium brand, meet new people, and be part of the opening of a unique Nespresso Experience in Eindhoven.

What you'll do

As a Coffee Specialist, you are the face of the Nespresso Boutique in Den Bosch and later Eindhoven. You provide personal advice on coffee, machines, and accessories and answer customer questions. With your enthusiasm, you inspire customers and take the time to offer them the ultimate coffee experience. In this way, you ensure that every customer leaves the Boutique with a smile and a full Nespresso bag.

You will start in Den Bosch, where you will be trained and learn all the ins and outs of Nespresso. At the end of the year, you will have the special opportunity to grow into one of the very first employees of the new Brand Experience in Eindhoven. This allows you to help build a unique location from the start, where experience, innovation, and coffee come together. Together with an enthusiastic team, you will take the customer experience to a higher level. You will introduce visitors to everything Nespresso has to offer and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

From New Bean to Brand Experience Specialist

At Nespresso, you get the chance to do more than just sell coffee - you build your own future. During your first months in Den Bosch, you will learn everything about our products, service, and the unique Nespresso experience. You will develop into a true Coffee Specialist, laying the perfect foundation for your next step.

At the end of the year, you will transition to the Brand Experience in Eindhoven. Here, you will play an important role in creating inspiring and memorable customer experiences. Of course, there will be plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself, for example towards visual merchandising, inventory management, or a leadership position. Your commitment and growth will be rewarded with new opportunities, training, and appropriate salary growth.

What we offer

  • Start immediately as a part-time sales assistant at Nespresso in Den Bosch.

  • An extensive onboarding and development program in Den Bosch, followed by the transition to the Brand Experience in Eindhoven at the end of the year.

  • The unique opportunity to help build a special Nespresso Brand Experience and exclusive brand experiences during the holiday season.
