The role

Product Marketing Internship - Portfolio & Product Development (B2C & B2B)

What you'll do

As a Product Marketing intern, you focus on everything needed to successfully bring our coffees and products to market - for consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B). From a local product idea to a flawless launch: you dive into the product portfolio, ensure that texts on packaging are correct, and contribute to local products. In addition to recurring tasks, you take on your own projects, in which you learn to work end-to-end: from goal and concept to plan, alignment, and execution.

Examples of your duties

  • Local product development: you contribute to the development of local products, such as coffee bundles for our own webshop and Bol, and coffee experience bundles for business customers - potentially validated with our customer panel;

  • Translations and artworks: you translate and check texts on product packaging and artworks, ensuring everything is correct and in the Nespresso tone of voice;

  • Fact sheets and product information: you create fact sheets for new coffees and limited editions, such as our Festive collection, and ensure that colleagues in sales, Boutiques, and customer service have access to the correct product information;

  • Portfolio analyses: you analyze the product portfolio, keep SKU lists and the phase-in/phase-out planning up to date, and translate data into concrete insights;

  • Product launches: you monitor the product launch calendar and ensure that briefings, internal orders, and materials are ready on time for launches;

  • Research and customer insights: you contribute to reports, a survey among our customer panel, or market research into new product categories;

  • B2B portfolio: you update the portfolio updates in sales presentations and develop one-pagers for the B2B sales team.

You work closely with the Portfolio Lead and Product & Activation Support and interface daily with teams such as e-commerce, supply chain, sales, CRM, and brand marketing.

Who are we looking for?

  • HBO/WO student (Bachelor/Master) with a field of study in: Marketing, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or another study with (demonstrable) marketing affinity;

  • You are analytically strong, enjoy working with data, and feel at home in Excel;

  • You have a sharper sense of language than average and master Dutch at a native level: you write flawlessly, have an eye for detail, and a mistake on a package does not escape you. Your English is also good, both orally and in writing;

  • You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview of multiple projects at once, and meet deadlines;

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, think in terms of problem-solving, and proactively seek out new challenges;

  • An intern who is available 32-40 hours per week;

  • You are available from the beginning of February 2026 until the end of June 2026. Extending the internship is possible in consultation.

What do we offer you?

At Nespresso, we believe it is important that you can grow and enjoy what you do. Therefore, we offer you:

  • The Nestlé training plan to get to know the company and develop your professional skills.

  • Internship allowance of €800 per month (40 hours per week).

  • €50 coffee credit per month.

  • 14 vacation days (for a 6-month internship, 40 hours per week).

  • A workshop about your Insights Discovery Wheel (personality test regarding your strengths and weaknesses).

  • Inspiring coffee training about Nespresso and coffee.

  • Collaboration in an enthusiastic team with multiple interns.

  • Hybrid working: partly in the office, partly at home.

  • A unique opportunity to participate in a Q&A with the CEO of Nespresso Netherlands.
