The role
As a senior tax advisory manager at Moore MKW, you will work in a young and enthusiastic team on challenging and diverse fiscal issues. You have at least 10 years of work experience. You seek solutions for our regional, national, and international clients in the SME and SME+ sectors. For entrepreneurs, you are the point of contact and the sparring partner providing advice on fiscal issues. For your colleagues, you are someone who coordinates, directs, motivates, and inspires.
The tax team in Doetinchem features a beautiful mix of young talent and experienced professionals, divided across various areas of expertise. Characteristic of the department is the professional, yet simultaneously accessible Achterhoek atmosphere. Within the department, technical professional development is central, but activities are also regularly organized. There is also plenty of room for development and personal guidance. Together, the department works on complex and impactful advice and tax returns for the entire spectrum of clients, from small to large and from regional to (inter)national. This great diversity ranges from SME enterprises and the families behind large Achterhoek family businesses to leading players in the region and a large national supermarket network. Additionally, you will be given the space to discover which clients and sectors suit you best.
What you'll do
You are responsible for the management/execution of client-oriented and result-oriented tax advice for national and international clients.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work performed and/or the advice given is technically correct and relevant.
You coordinate activities, set priorities, and monitor deadlines.
You are the first point of contact and the ‘face’ of the office for clients and colleagues.
You help our (junior) tax advisors and tax return staff on their way in their personal development.
You are co-responsible for the budget and are active in retaining existing clients and finding new clients from your own network and beyond.
You act as a “sparring” partner for clients.
