• A gross monthly salary between €3,372.- and €5,457.- excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

• You receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting and for trips to clients, and for office-to-office trips you receive €0.34 per kilometer.

• A non-contributory pension, in which you have the opportunity to save extra.

• 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis), with the option to purchase 10 additional days. This helps you maintain a beautiful balance between work and private life.

• An iPhone and a laptop from us to enable you to perform your work, plus an internet allowance of €50 net per month (on a full-time basis).

As a mid-level consultant, you work together with the team on the further growth of Business in Control. Your financial, strategic, and operational knowledge provides the entrepreneur with the structure – and the peace of mind – that is needed at that moment to achieve the desired growth. Specifically, you are involved in the following on a daily basis:

• You organize business processes to be 'lean & mean' financially and organizationally.

• You manage the year-end closures of the process, planning, and control cycles.

• You align management information with the strategies of companies.

• You act as a business economics sparring partner for your clients.
