You will work from our Amersfoort office, where you will become part of a professional and dedicated team of 25 colleagues. Within this team, 18 colleagues work in the general practice, and several specialists are also active. It is precisely this combination that makes the office special: there is a wealth of knowledge present, colleagues find each other easily, and there is active collaboration on challenging tax issues. • You independently prepare more complex tax advice.

• You are responsible for the technical accuracy and relevance of the advice provided.

• You are the first point of contact for internal and external clients and discuss advice with them.

• You coordinate tax advisory assignments, deploy junior colleagues, and manage them.

• You are responsible for the correct execution of assignments on time, within budget, and with quality.

• You are responsible for an optimal working atmosphere and motivation within the team.

• You mentor less experienced colleagues in their substantive work and their development.

• You translate new developments within your field into working methodologies.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,812.- and €6,002.- excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

• You receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting and for trips to clients, and for office-to-office trips you receive €0.34 per kilometer.

• A non-contributory pension, in which you have the opportunity to save extra.

• 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis), with the option to purchase 10 additional days. This helps you maintain a beautiful balance between work and private life.

• An iPhone and a laptop from us to enable you to perform your work, plus an internet allowance of €50 net per month (on a full-time basis).

• Annually, you can order sports items or clothing for €75 via our own webshop to promote your vitality.
