• Strong experience with Java or .Net
• Experience designing backend architectures and APIs

What will you do?
As a Software Engineer, you are responsible for designing and implementing robust systems. You combine technical depth with a sharp eye for the business and build solutions that keep working.

You are an AI maestro
Writing code—your AI agent does that; you ensure that the specs contain the client's requirements and that your agent has the skills to deliver the code. If you run out of tokens, you ask for more, because the best tools deliver the most value for our clients.

You design, build, and ship
You design and develop scalable systems and APIs in Java. You make conscious architectural choices and ensure that solutions are performant, secure, and maintainable, from initial design to production.

You work with diverse software stacks
You build with Java (Spring Boot), microservices, and cloud-agnostic architectures. Diverse cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, but also on-premises and European providers), diverse databases (SQL/NoSQL), and you integrate systems via APIs and event-driven solutions.

You translate business into technology
You are a substantive sparring partner for engineers, product owners, and clients. You think along about solutions, make complexity manageable, and translate issues into solid technical designs.

You safeguard quality
You take responsibility for performance, security, and reliability. You write clean, testable code and ensure that systems remain scalable under growth and pressure.
