• A salary starting from € 2,691.78 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week if you are 21 years or older). Do you already have experience in a similar role? Then your salary may be higher! Are you younger than 21? Then you will start with an attractive salary that matches your age.

• Every month, you receive an 8.1% ADV allowance on top of your salary. Additionally, varying allowances apply (such as a 30% Saturday allowance).

Ensuring a clean and sustainable distribution process, contributing to a better environment, and working together in a hectic team? That is your job as Assistant Team Manager Recycling! 

Together with your team of approximately 10 colleagues, you are responsible for everything that comes back from the stores. You sort and process returned goods, waste, and food scraps in a way that contributes to a cleaner society. From paper, wood, and film to organic waste and residual waste - you and your team ensure that everything ends up in the right place. You process frozen and chilled boxes and use a fast truck to keep the departments and exits of the distribution center tidy and safe. You work in rotating shifts between 04:00 and 19:00, from Monday through Sunday. 

You are a true go-getter and know how to motivate your colleagues to get the best out of themselves and each other. You can communicate clearly and are open and accessible. You also do not hesitate to train new employees. Customer focus is your top priority and you always keep your agreements. Additionally, you possess at least:
