What you'll get

  • A salary between € 2,721.42 and € 3,643.27 per month based on 38 hours per week (depending on experience, in accordance with the DIY sector CAO along with our additional employment conditions)

The role

What you'll do

  • You motivate and coach your team
  • You optimize the store's turnover
  • Together with the team, you ensure a commercial store appearance
  • You have an eye for optimal staffing and create the rosters for the team
  • You identify opportunities in the store and make proposals to the Store Manager
  • You hold ultimate responsibility for the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Naturally, you also work on the shop floor yourself
