As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you are the inspiring leader of your restaurant team. You run the daily operations and are responsible for all operational aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, sales, inventory management, staff scheduling, and finances. You guide and motivate your team (approximately 50 - 100 employees), ensure a good atmosphere within the team, and provide an optimal experience for our guests. You also monitor the quality of everything served on our guests' trays.

In this role, you have the autonomy to run your restaurant as if it were your own business, with a focus on improving performance in four crucial areas: Employees, Guests, Sales, and Profit. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Managing the performance of the restaurant

• Coaching, training, and engaging your team to help them develop into their best selves

• Achieving KPIs to guarantee that your restaurant meets high standards

• Performing weekly administrative tasks to ensure a well-functioning organization

• Managing the profit and loss statement

• Leading the operation with a high standard, so that guests receive an unforgettable experience that makes them return time and again.
