As a Senior BESS Field Engineer or Senior BESS fitter, you are responsible for supervising and executing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our battery systems. As an experienced fitter, you are part of a team of fitters who have been installing and maintaining battery systems for years in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and England. During installations, you work closely with fitters from our installation partners to deliver quality to our customers. Additionally, you and the team ensure that installed battery systems are carefully maintained. By working safely and accurately, you are able to offer the best service available in the BESS market.

• Installing and commissioning small (from 261 kWh) and large (from 5 MWh) battery systems for business customers

• Directing and supporting fitters from installation partners during installation and commissioning

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on existing battery systems

• On-call service (24/7) for corrective maintenance on business-critical battery systems

• Collaborating closely with other teams within iwell (Customer Operations; Battery Systems, Software) to deliver the best service to our customers

• Continuously improving the working methods of you and your team

• Participation in the Metal & Technology collective labor agreement (Technical Installation Company)

• A good salary appropriate to your knowledge and experience

• A fully equipped, comfortable company van to carry out your duties as a fitter

• 30 vacation days per year, plus an annual 3-day company trip

• 13 ATV days per year, in accordance with the collective labor agreement

• The opportunity to do volunteer work, with 1 volunteer day per year

• Learning & Development budget of EUR 1,500 per year

• A telephone allowance of EUR 25 per month
