Because children at after-school care HighFive in Weert think along, -do, and -decide about the activities, they create their own BSO. And they get to know themselves, their talents, and nature together with their best friends. That is natuurkr8.

As a pedagogical professional, you help children discover the world and go on adventures. You are an enthusiastic outdoor person with a big heart for children. With knowledge of nature(pedagogy), you stimulate child power and, with that, self-confidence. • A varied position in a lively environment for 12 hours per week. We will coordinate the scheduling of your hours together, so that your work fits well with your life.
• Salary according to the CAO Childcare, scale 6: between € 2,681 and € 3,684 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week. We start with a one-year contract and have the clear intention to convert this to a permanent employment contract if you perform well.
• An end-of-year bonus and 8% holiday allowance, a contribution to your health insurance, and a decent travel allowance.
