The role
As Department Manager, you lead and support your team, while stimulating an inclusive culture in which collaboration and entrepreneurship are central. You ensure an excellent operational and visual store experience – both for customers and colleagues.
What you'll do
- ensures a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer our customers a great shopping experience using service tools.
- analyzes sales and budget targets and develops optimization measures.
- plans tasks and staff deployment efficiently and ensures that all operational processes run smoothly – from the shop floor and the warehouse to the cash desks, fitting room routines, and the daily store opening and closing.
- develops your team strategically through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
