WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Department Manager Trainee, you will grow step by step into the role of Department Manager. You will learn how to support your team and promote an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurship.
You will work closely with managers to provide an excellent operational and visual experience for both customers and colleagues in the store.

• supports the establishment of a strong visual and commercial presentation to, together with the help of service tools, create a great shopping experience for our customers.
• analyzes sales and budget goals together with experienced managers and develops optimization measures.
• helps with planning tasks and staff deployment, and with organizing operational processes – from the shop floor and the warehouse to the checkouts, fitting room routines, and the daily opening and closing of the store.
• actively participates in recruiting, onboarding, and conducting regular feedback sessions and learns how to strategically guide employees in their development.
