The role
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Visual Merchandiser Manager, you create an inspiring and consistent customer experience. You lead, coach, and develop your Visual Merchandising team to ensure visual and commercial standards.
What you'll do
- ensures the execution of the visual and commercial presentation according to store guidelines for a great customer experience.
- analyzes sales targets, develops optimization actions, and executes them purposefully together with your team to increase sales and commercial impact.
- directs your Visual Merchandising team in the organization, planning, and prioritization of tasks and aligns this with the Store Management Team.
- coaches and develops your team purposefully to stimulate fashion and trend awareness and to strengthen the visual and commercial skills within the entire store team.
