Customer Service Engineer

• Bachelor (Electrical Engineering/ICT).
• Knowledge of products and software that are part of customer systems.
• Techniques used in the project for the purpose of interpreting faults and being able to perform service and maintenance.
• Clear and unambiguous reporting, both oral and written.
• Accurate, collegial, communicative, independent, problem-solving ability.

• A market-conform salary based on your experience
• No less than 38 leave days (25 vacation + 13 ADV)

• Assists implementation engineers with projects.
• Resolves system problems for service customers.
• Works together with the local team on system maintenance.
• Reports trends and analyses.
• Performs software updates.
• The rules regarding safety, health, and well-being (ARBO and VCA) applicable to the performance of the position.
• Works independently within the given guidelines; must act proactively and creatively where necessary.
• Functional and technical proper operation of systems as an integrated whole.
• Delivery of systems and system parts according to schedule.
• Timely identification of possible problems of a technical or organizational nature.
