As Electrical Construction Supervisor - Substations, you will lead assembly and commissioning activities for new (and expansions of) high-voltage substations (36 kV - 380 kV) at the construction site. You are the first point of contact on site for technicians, subcontractors, and the customer, monitoring strict HSE guidelines and ensuring quality, planning, and budget.
Daily direction, coaching, and assessment of 5-10 technicians and/or subcontractors
Preparing and executing work and switching plans; distributing tasks, materials, and tools
Supervising compliance with all (inter)national safety standards (VCA, NEN 3140/3840, IEC standards)
Performing quality and progress controls; FAT/SAT, inspections, as-built documentation, and punch-lists
Maintaining time registration, permits (work and switching safety), and reporting to the Site Manager & Project Manager
Coordinating the interface with civil parties, commissioning teams, and suppliers
Identifying extra/reduced work and making improvement suggestions
Active role in toolbox meetings, safety rounds, and incident investigations
Completed MBO-4 or HBO in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or similar
At least 3 years of practical experience with the construction or maintenance of high/medium voltage installations
Familiar with primary and secondary installations: GIS/AIS, transformers, protection & control systems
Valid VCA-VOL (or willing to obtain this quickly) and driving license B; NEN 3840-Competent Person is a plus
Fluent command of Dutch and a good working knowledge of English (oral and written)
Willing to travel (inter)nationally and stay on location if necessary
Working on iconic energy transition projects within an international, innovative organization
