CRM marketing internship

During this internship within the CRM & Loyalty team, you will participate in daily CRM activities. You will learn how to build emails and support the setup and execution of newsletters and other email campaigns. Additionally, you will create reports and analyses regarding the results of our email campaigns and customer behavior, and translate these insights into possible improvements. You will also contribute ideas for new campaigns and actions to achieve more newsletter opt-ins and to continue engaging and activating customers.

• You are pursuing a HBO/WO degree in the direction of marketing, communication, commercial economics, business administration, communication sciences, or another relevant field of study.
• From February 2027, you are available 4 days per week for a working/graduation internship, in which you can fully participate in the team (32 hours). It is possible to determine the subject of your own research together with us.
• You are proficient in Dutch and in English, both spoken and written.
• You are proactive, enjoy being in contact with people, and do not shy away from a challenge or a good conversation.
