Junior Learning & Development Specialist

As a Junior Learning & Development specialist, you will work on various L&D projects and challenges for our clients. For example, you will collaborate on the ideation, design, and development of blended learning solutions. Or you will devise and facilitate various learning interventions for target groups ranging from leaders to trainees. With this, you help employees within large organizations to grow.

Additionally, you learn by doing during projects at the client, and you follow training from our development program. You will (better) get to know your talents, challenges, and sources of energy.

• You have a completed university degree (WO) in the direction of Business Administration, Psychology, or Educational Sciences and 2 to 3 years of experience within L&D.
