Pay & benefits

What you'll get

You will receive an attractive fee of 15% of the daily turnover, with a guaranteed gross monthly salary of €6,000 based on a full-time employment of 40 hours per week. For higher turnover, a progressive scale applies, through which the fee percentage can increase further;
A fully facilitated, internationally CME-accredited training program reimbursed by Faceland, including opportunities to further develop towards more specialized treatments or minor surgical procedures;
You will receive a signing bonus of €1500.- when you have been employed for 3 months, calculated from your first working day in the clinic.;
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting;
30 vacation days based on full-time employment;
8% holiday allowance;
The employer contributes 5% to a retirement provision; this means that you receive 5% on top of your gross salary;

Must-haves

You are a BIG-registered (basic) physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner;

You have an interest in or affinity with cosmetic medicine;
You work carefully and keep your knowledge up to date regarding hygiene and quality guidelines.
