The International Private Clients Services (IPCS) practice of BDO is part of Private Client Services (PCS) within the Tax & Legal department. Our team helps families and family businesses optimize and manage their (international) tax issues and challenges. With our team of driven professionals, we support families and family businesses in organizing and structuring their wealth in both national and international contexts.

As Manager Tax International Private Client Services, you are the trusted advisor to entrepreneurial families with international issues and challenges. You are an important link in the further development and expansion of our international PCS practice, and you will be supported in your further growth by various experts who work for BDO and are also affiliated with universities. With your expertise and enthusiasm, you inspire and coach your colleagues so that they can excel in their profession.

Your most important responsibilities as Manager Tax International Private Client Services are:

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internationally oriented clients, ensuring that their needs are met through top quality, service, and expertise. Your involvement and insight make the difference.
• Technical Advice: You develop and present technical advice on international matters in a way that is understandable to clients. With your insights and solutions, you help clients and stakeholders overcome complex challenges.
• Team Leadership: As a mentor and coach, you guide junior team members. You stimulate their professional growth and development, and see how your guidance helps them to further develop in their role.
• Collaboration: You work closely with other areas of our practice, including member firms of BDO from all over the world. In addition, you also collaborate with the general national and international tax advisory practice in the Netherlands, the technical office, and colleagues from other disciplines to offer comprehensive solutions to clients. Your collaboration ensures synergy and success.

You will become part of the nationally operating International Private Client Services team and work in a fixed sub-team so that there is sufficient attention to your development and career prospects. The national international private client services team works from the BDO offices in Amstelveen, The Hague, Rotterdam, and the South region. As a team, you will work on challenging international issues to provide our clients with top quality and service.

Communicate openly, but always with respect. That is how we do it from the ninth, tenth, and eleventh floors of the FIRST building in Rotterdam. You can find this building directly opposite Rotterdam Central station. So, an ideal walking distance, and besides, you can walk straight into the city. The other regional location in The Hague is situated in the Forepark. You can work from both locations. 

Everyone knows each other. Because you are on one floor with your own team in The Hague, you see each other often. For example, during a cup of coffee in the company restaurant or during the team days, twice a year. During those times, games are played across the entire department and we conclude with drinks and/or a BBQ.
