The Internship: Legal Department Amsterdam

The legal department of Euronext Amsterdam works closely with other departments within Euronext. As a student intern, you will fully participate with the team and work on diverse files involving financial law, corporate law, market supervision, corporate governance, and regulatory issues.

The internship will be supervised by a permanent mentor; you will work intensively with professionals and contribute to projects that have real impact on Euronext as a company and on the capital markets.

• Support in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents and agreements.
• Conducting legal research within, among others, European financial law, market abuse rules, competition law, listing requirements, and corporate governance.
• Contributing to a wide range of legal issues.
• Supporting corporate housekeeping, such as board reporting, registrations, and oversight processes.
• Participating in internal meetings, international projects and negotiations, and professional training.
