You have an mbo or hbo level of work and thought, preferably in civil engineering or GWW;
You have at least 2+ years of work experience as a site manager in earthworks, road, and hydraulic engineering;
You can take responsibility for the daily leadership of the execution or site manager(s) of one or more (complex) projects, ensuring that activities are realized safely, qualitatively, and according to schedule and budget.
The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).
With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

Organizing, planning, controlling, and leading. As a site manager at Dura Vermeer, you have daily leadership over infrastructure projects and, together with your team, you strive to deliver successful projects.
As a site manager, you are involved in all phases of the project to ensure that projects are not only completed on time, but also within the set budget and according to the specified quality requirements. For example, you actively participate in assessing the constructability of the design, the drawings, and the requirements so that risks can be identified and corrected in a timely manner.
You will work on diverse infrastructure-related projects, ranging from smaller tasks to large and complex projects. Think, for example, of reconstruction work on the Generaal Pattonlaan in Eindhoven, maintenance work on national highways, and the renovation of the runway at Maastricht Aachen Airport. Due to this diversity of projects, you will come into contact with various technical challenges and project environments.
During execution, you monitor costs and the technical progress of the project and check for compliance with safety regulations. You are also the first point of contact for suppliers and subcontractors, and you have regular contact with the project leader to review the status of affairs. In addition to leadership, you also find it very important that there is a pleasant atmosphere and good cooperation with all stakeholders. You encourage colleagues to work together so that trust develops within the team to realize collective goals.
