• The salary for this position is between € 4,293.61 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.  

• On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).  

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you a permanent contract immediately.  

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a cost expert, you are responsible for independently preparing cost estimates and providing advice in the field of pricing and commerce. You make regular visits to project locations and maintain close contact with customers, external advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. In addition to calculating, you look at all opportunities and potential risks of the project, and you look at the feasibility of the project. You also think along with determining the phasing in the project and the working methods. You are also involved in multidisciplinary projects where you are responsible for the cost, together with the infra cost expert.

In the tendering process, you fulfill a crucial role and apply your acquired knowledge to create a distinctive offer. You are not only involved in relatively simple projects, but also in integral tenders with a contract sum above €10 million. You will work at Dura Vermeer Infra Regional Projects South West region (DVI ZW), Business Office department. Together with your colleagues, you will work in the office in Rotterdam on various calculations for civil engineering projects.
DVI ZW covers a large area. We are active in South Holland, Zeeland, and the Breda and Roosendaal area. That means you will see a great variety of projects pass by!
