Lead Site Manager Residential Construction

• An MBO diploma in Civil Engineering (or similar)

• 3–5 years of experience as a (lead) site manager in residential construction.

• You maintain an overview, adjust where necessary, and never lose sight of the whole.

• You know that building is people work; you believe in collaborating with your team and your environment.

• Experience with BIM is a plus, but your leadership and sense of responsibility are decisive.

• The salary for this position is between €5,639 and €7,049 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone;

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;

• You have the choice between an electric lease car, a mobility budget, or an NS Business Card;

You are the hub of the construction site. From the first pile to the handover of the keys: you set the course. You know your people, bring partners together, and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done. We rely on your craftsmanship; you get the space to lead in your own way.

• You lead challenging residential construction projects in the West Brabant region. From land-based homes and apartment complexes to complete new-build developments.

• You are the face of the construction site and ensure that colleagues, subcontractors, and partners work together as one team towards the same goal.

• You maintain control over the progress of the project and know how to turn execution challenges into practical solutions.

• You work closely with project management, work preparation, and BIM specialists to turn plans into reality.

• You don't just build houses, but create neighborhoods and living environments where people will enjoy living for years to come.
