Construction Planner

• Mbo or hbo work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of civil engineering, GWW or similar;

• At least 2 years of work experience as a construction planner on, for example, projects for the energy transition such as battery stations, intake stations, land stations;

• You possess knowledge of and/or experience with shell construction, steel structures, facade cladding, and interior construction and understand how these disciplines come together within industrial projects;

• You have demonstrable work experience in independently realizing the preparation, guidance, and execution of complex projects in technical and organizational areas;

• You are customer-oriented and can handle time pressure and deadlines well.

• The salary for this position is between € 3,577.89 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you a permanent contract immediately;

As a planner, you are responsible for drafting and monitoring schedules and work plans. You manage the entire procurement process, request quotes, and draft contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. You are actively involved in checking and processing technical drawings. You ensure that the correct and necessary materials are available. Furthermore, you actively maintain contact with our clients, suppliers, and colleagues, and work closely with them. You also identify deviations and risks and report on them. Finally, you ensure compliance with HSE regulations and actively contribute to a safe execution of our projects.
