Where will you work?
You will join Royal Den Hartogh Logistics, an international and leading logistics service provider for the chemical, gas, polymer, and food industries. As a Global Export Employee, you are the pivot behind our international shipments. You support the Export Account Managers in the daily organization of worldwide shipments and ensure that bookings, documents, and administration are correct and completed on time. From requesting sailing schedules and booking departures to complete transport and customs documentation: thanks to your accuracy, the operation continues to run smoothly.

• You support the Export Account Managers with the daily administration regarding international transport;

• You request sailing schedules and book departures to destinations all over the world;

• For every shipment, you handle the correct documentation: B/L instructions, House B/L's, tank certificates, and final documents;

• You correctly process customs documents in C-point and Portbase;

• You upload and process extra costs and customer documentation in the various customer portals;

• Where necessary, you take on other occurring administrative tasks within the operation.

• You work accurately and derive satisfaction from organizing administrative processes tightly;

• You have an interest in logistics and international transport; experience is a plus, but your motivation to learn the trade counts just as much to us;

• You can work smoothly with digital systems and portals and quickly master new tools;

• You collaborate pleasantly and switch easily with Account Managers and colleagues in the operation;

• You are proactive, maintain an overview, and ensure that documents and bookings are completed on time and error-free.
