The role

Welcome to Cygnific, where customer service exceeds all expectations!

To supplement our Customer Service Agent team for KLM, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated colleagues who speak fluent Dutch and English. Say goodbye to standard customer service scripts and embrace a role in which your energy, wanderlust, and customer-friendly approach truly shine. Are you eager to provide valuable customer experiences? Then come work at Cygnific!

What you'll do

As a customer service representative, you are the ears and voice of KLM. You help travelers by telephone with their questions regarding damaged, delayed, or lost baggage at Schiphol Airport, as well as other international airports. Additionally, you proactively contact passengers regarding any follow-up steps and update their files. You also assist passengers by telephone with handling all types of incoming complaints and application forms. For every problem, you quickly find a suitable solution; where possible, you go that extra mile to exceed passenger expectations.

Your onboarding

To prepare you well for your new job, you will start with paid training. You will begin with tasks for our Baggage product and will receive short training for this. During the 13-day training, you will learn everything about our CRM (customer relationship management) systems, but you will also be introduced to topics such as artificial intelligence. During this training period, you must be available full-time. After the training, you can decide whether you want to work 32, 36, or 40 hours. Even after your training, you can of course always turn to your colleagues for questions or help; our troubleshooters are also ready for you!

More than just work

A job at Cygnific is more than just an office job. You become part of an international team of positive, enthusiastic, and ambitious people. Cygnificans work hard, but also love a party. We truly want to help customers and colleagues further. But most importantly: we are inclusive and open to each other's opinions and cultures! Become curious? Read more on our website.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least MBO level 4 working and thinking level.

  • Preferably, you have experience working in a call center or customer service.

  • You are empathetic and a strong communicator. Dutch and English flow fluently from your mouth and keyboard.

  • You understand how (complex) computer systems work.

  • You have a passion for travel, a talent for teamwork, and an international outlook.

  • You are responsible, flexible, service-oriented, creative, and have a sense of humor.

  • You are available during our opening hours (Monday to Friday between 08:00-17:30 - weekends between 09:00-17:30). Please note, from March you will receive a second training with more skills, at which point you will move to a broader schedule :).
