• You have completed at least an MBO education.

• Speaking and writing Dutch and English comes naturally to you.

• You are flexible regarding working hours and are available for 36 hours per week.

• You prefer to work not only during the week, but also occasionally on the weekend.

• You have creative and customer-oriented writing skills.

• You are service-oriented, have a talent for teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

• A competitive salary of € 2,646.75 gross per month based on 40 hours per week + allowances for irregularity and commuting.

• Extra training and the opportunity to continuously develop your skills.

• The possibility to work from home a few days per week.

• A home office allowance of €2.45 per day.

• A travel allowance of €0.19 per km (up to 50 km one way) if you come by your own transport, or full reimbursement of public transport costs with your NS Business Card.

• 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract.

• Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:45 and 21:00 and on the weekend between 10:00 and 18:30.

• Social events such as an annual party, Cygnific BBQ, and a Little-Friday XXL every three months.

Job Description
As an ambassador, you are the listening ear and the friendly voice of Rituals. Your main communication channels are telephone, social media, and email. Your approach is characterized by a sincere desire to provide helpful answers, with a healthy dose of personal attention. Not by blindly following company scripts, but by being mindful, truly interacting, helping, and inspiring. Whoever the customer may be, as an ambassador, you give them that relaxed Rituals feeling. Sometimes by reassuring them ("no, of course we don't test our products on animals!"). Sometimes by suggesting a great alternative. After all, helping customers is not a task for you, but your favorite ritual. You excel at quickly finding solutions to problems and always strive to exceed customer expectations, whenever possible.

Your onboarding
To help you, you will start with a 4-day training at the Rituals headquarters and the Cygnific office in Amsterdam or Enschede. You must be available full-time during this period. After your training, you can always count on your colleagues for questions or help; our troubleshooters are also ready for you!
