Lead Consultant

• At least 5-7 years of work experience in Consulting.

• At least 5 years of experience in CPM technology, either as an end user or as a consultant. Experience with OneStream is a plus, but we also find experience with SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Group Reporting, Oracle HFM, Tagetik, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Jedox perfectly fine.

• Experience with at least 3 full CPM projects, including successfully leading various workshops for gathering requirements and defining a design;

• Experience and knowledge of financial topics such as consolidation, reporting, and planning. You understand how these processes work and can understand the concepts behind them;

• Possession of a driver's license (category B);

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;

• Starting salary € 5500,- / € 6700,- per month excl. 8% holiday allowance (depending on experience);

• A mobility plan; This is either a lease car or a mobility card which may be used privately for € 400,-;

As a Lead Consultant, you are responsible for the quality of the complete delivery before it goes to our clients. You take the lead in the implementation from the 'Requirement phase' to the actual 'Go live'. You are an expert in one or more technologies such as OneStream, SAP, Tagetik, or Vena.

You are a true consultant, and with this, it is your task to translate client wishes in the field of finance, but also for example ESG, into technological solutions so that the client obtains the right information. In doing so, you work closely with our clients, but also with the Project Manager and Principal Solution Architects.

Additionally, we work with self-steering teams, and you are responsible in every area within your business team. Think of continuous learning, onboarding new colleagues, and developing sustainable best practices. You translate organizational goals into team objectives by means of OKRs. Furthermore, you are part of pre-sales activities by demonstrating your knowledge and expertise.
