Junior Consultant

We are looking for someone who has an interest in Finance and IT and enjoys optimizing financial processes together with our clients. Additionally, we are obviously looking for someone who wants to learn quickly and thinks in solutions. You love to sink your teeth into one or several software solutions and you get energy from building financial reports so that our clients can inform their various stakeholders. You do not mind traveling to different places in the country in your lease car. Furthermore, you have:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in the field of Finance.

• Work experience is not required, we will teach you everything!

• Possession of a driving license B

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages

As a Junior Consultant, you will get the chance to be trained by our Consultants in the field of Corporate Performance Management (CPM)!

As a Junior Consultant, together with your colleagues, you will map out the financial processes of companies. This allows management to determine the course of their company based on correct, reliable, and up-to-date information. You make the work of Finance teams easier and more fun! Cool, right?

You will receive a learning track from the best CPM Professionals to eventually become an independent CPM consultant. In this track, we provide you with professional training, but you also get the immediate opportunity to gain practical experience. Once you have started with us, you can start your first project after the 2-week onboarding period! We also take you out on the road immediately, so before you know it, you will be visiting our clients. We will, of course, show you all facets of the profession so that you are trained as broadly as possible. Within cpmview, you will develop a development plan together with your mentor, allowing you to grow in knowledge, experience, and responsibilities.

After about two years, as a Junior Consultant, you will be ready for the next step. Following this, you will grow in your responsibility. From a certain point in your career, you will choose a direction, which you will of course be guided in. Do you want to become a Project Manager? Or would you rather be involved in Business Advisory? Or do you want to remain a consultant and will your next goal be Principal Consultant? Or do you prefer to deal with the technical sides of the work? It is all possible!
