• You resolve faults in installations and instrumentation. This often takes place in consultation with the operators.

• You resolve complex faults and consult with externals/contractors regarding certain faults. 

• You record fault registration in the available systems (SAP).

• You perform maintenance through calibration, identifying deviations, and adjusting independently or in collaboration with colleagues.

• You test installations and instrumentation and make recommendations for improvements.

• You perform specialist assembly and/or installation work related to new electronic installations.

• You record deviations and enter them into the instrumentation database linked to the ERP system (SAP).

• You request work permits. This often takes place in consultation with the team leader or the work planner. 

• You prepare material lists for the work to be carried out.

• You ensure knowledge transfer to operators by providing technical training and explanations during work activities.

• You draft EPLs and work instructions and provide guidance to contractors during projects. 

• You participate in departmental projects. In some cases, you will also lead departmental projects.

In this position, you will independently perform installation work, commissioning, repair, overhaul, and service on electrotechnical and industrial installations. You will be part of the technical service department and report to the Maintenance and Engineering Team Leader. We also offer the possibility to follow training for this position.

Work week: 40 hours per week

Location: Sensus Zwolle

Contract: Period of 1 year with a view to an indefinite contract

Who are you?
You have completed an MBO education in electrotechnics/instrumentation technology, preferably level IV. Additionally, you have knowledge of measurement & control technology and have knowledge of and experience with control systems. You have a number of years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment.  Participation in a standby scheme applies to this position.

Sensus produces and sells the innovative ingredients inulin and oligofructose. These ingredients are naturally present in chicory roots. Inulin and oligofructose are prebiotic dietary fibers used in food and beverage products for, among other things, fiber enrichment, sugar and/or fat replacement, or texture properties. It is scientifically proven that these dietary fibers have properties that are beneficial to human health. For example, they promote gut health. Inulin and oligofructose are processed into food products such as bread, yogurt, breakfast cereals, muesli bars, baby food, confectionery, ice cream, and chocolate, for example. The Sensus head office is located in Roosendaal. Sensus has a production location in Roosendaal and one in Zwolle.
