Insurance Product Manager

• Minimum HBO or WO working and thinking level.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant role such as Product Manager or Project Manager.
• Rock-solid analytical skills and a commercial attitude.
• Being agile with a large field of stakeholders.

• Knowledge of insurance is not a requirement, but it will give you bonus points.

• You speak fluent Dutch, but your English is also very nice.

As an Insurance Product Manager, you will become the specialist in the field of product insurance within Coolblue. You are continuously building and optimizing. Which coverage best suits an expensive espresso machine? How do we present this visually attractively in our app? As a central figure, you switch effortlessly between our external insurance partner, developers, data analysts, and sales staff in the stores. You don't just come up with the ideas; together with a large team, you ensure they happen. This way, you make our proposition a little better (and more profitable) every single day.

As an Insurance Product Manager, you ensure that our product insurances align with the wishes of customers, while simultaneously earning us some cents. You will become the specialist on insurance within Coolblue.

• Diving into data and determining how to launch the very best and most attractive warranty product in the market for each product category.
• Setting up A/B tests together with designers and insurance partners to make the online customer journey even smoother and more convincing.
• Developing pitches, training, and cool promotional material to help our colleagues in the stores and at customer service sell your product better.
• Switching frequently within a diverse field; from external partners and data analysts to the marketing department.
• Rolling out your successful, new insurance products in different countries.
