Agri Certifier

To be successful as an Agri Certifier, you work accurately, are decisive, and know how to find the right balance between client orientation and independence. Additionally, we ask for:

·       a completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in an agricultural, food technology, or similar field;

·       good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;

·       strong communication skills in Dutch and English;

·       a proactive attitude and a sharp eye for quality and detail, you quickly see connections and consequences;

·       experience with reviewing processes, files, or quality systems is a plus;

·       knowledge of certification schemes and relevant laws and regulations is a plus;

·       affinity with certification, quality systems, and the agricultural sector;

As an Agri Certifier, you ensure that certification decisions are made carefully, independently, and according to the applicable standards. You contribute to a sustainable and reliable agricultural sector.

As an Agri Certifier, you are responsible for the process surrounding certification. You work closely with auditors, clients, and colleagues and monitor the quality of the entire certification trajectory.

You will be involved in:

· answering questions from clients and preparing quotes;

· maintaining client relationships and guiding the certification trajectory;

· planning and preparing assessments in collaboration with auditors and planners;

· reviewing audit reports and certification documentation;

· monitoring the handling of non-conformities (failure to meet certification requirements);

· making certification decisions based on conducted assessments;

· drafting, signing, and sending certificates and reports;

· managing and updating data in internal and external systems;

· supporting and guiding auditors within the certification process;

· identifying improvements and contributing to the further optimization of certification processes.
