(Lead) Auditor CO₂-Prestatieladder

You will help organizations become more sustainable and make a visible contribution to the energy transition.

Do you have experience in HSE, sustainability, quality, or compliance and an affinity for sectors such as construction, infra, landscaping, or transport? Then this is your chance to further develop yourself into a specialist within the CO₂-Prestatieladder.

As Lead Auditor CO₂-Prestatieladder, you will independently conduct audits at organizations within, among others, construction, infrastructure, landscaping, transport, production, and (semi-)government. You will assess how organizations implement their CO₂ reduction objectives and, based on your expertise, advise on the application of the standard.

You work independently, but are part of a dedicated team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central.

• Performing audits on the CO₂-Prestatieladder at various organizations;

• Assessing processes, objectives, and CO₂ reduction measures;

• Preparing clear audit reports;

• Performing reviews and quality controls on colleagues' reports;

• Consulting with colleagues regarding standard interpretations and audit execution;

• Staying up to date with developments within sustainability, laws and regulations, and the CO₂-Prestatieladder;

Possibility to also be deployed for other sustainability schemes, depending on experience and interest.

We are looking for a professional with an affinity for sustainability, quality, and business processes. Experience as an auditor is a plus, but certainly not a strict requirement.

Do you have experience, for example, as a:

·       HSE manager;

·       HSE coordinator;

·       QHSE specialist;

·       sustainability advisor;

·       compliance officer;

or a similar role? Then we explicitly invite you to respond.

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• Affinity with sustainability, auditing, and certification;

• Familiarity with sectors such as construction, infra, landscaping, or transport;

• Interest in the CO₂-Prestatieladder and sustainability issues;

• Knowledge of or interest in themes such as GHG Protocol, ISO standards, energy management, and CO₂ reduction;

• Strong communicator and able to report clearly;

• Independent, accurate, and responsible;

• Willing to travel within the Netherlands.
  
  Do you not have auditor experience yet, but do have relevant sector or HSE experience? Even then, we would love to meet you. We offer opportunities to train you toward becoming an auditor.

• a gross monthly salary between € 2,836.- and € 5,276.- based on 38.75 hours (scaling based on knowledge and experience, scales F-G-H);

• an individual choice budget of 18.4% on top of your salary that you can have paid out or use to purchase extra time off;

• A very good pension accrual, where our contribution is increased every 5 years of life up to approximately 28%, with your own fixed contribution of 4.4%
