We are looking for an Oral Care Consultant (OCC) to strengthen our field force team in Central Netherlands. This is a crucial role in which you will work closely with dental professionals to build and maintain brand awareness and sales of our cosmetic and professional oral care products.

Every day brings new experiences, but here is a glimpse of the responsibilities:

• Visiting and maintaining relationships with dental hygienists and dentists in practices. In doing so, you will work towards achieving a set number of visits. You will also apply your commercial expertise and scientific 'storytelling' to consistently achieve objectives.

• Educating dental professionals about specific indications and the benefits of our product formulas, for example during lunch & learn presentations. By translating the science and making the connection to systemic health, you ensure that healthcare professionals can provide well-founded clinical advice and patient recommendations.

• Being present and providing support during congresses, symposia, regional meetings, and other events where you will also convey technical product information

• Maintaining and updating customer data in our C4C system, in which you summarize visits, track key points of the conversation, and any feedback about our products

• Enthusing dental practices and dental hygienist practices about our webshop, where samples and other supporting material can be ordered

• Providing input to inside sales colleagues regarding developments in the field and the resulting opportunities and possibilities

• An Optimist in Action: Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English. You have a hands-on, "can-do" mentality and are eager to learn and able to adapt quickly.

• Experience in a field force role, preferably within the dental or pharmaceutical sector.

• A good communicator: The ability to convey complex concepts (such as medical and scientific data) clearly and concisely to diverse professional and commercial target groups, both in one-on-one situations and to large groups.

• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and decision-making.

• A valuable team player who works just as effectively independently.

• Experience with digital communication tools is a plus, such as practical knowledge of Field Force CRM tools.
