Customer Transformation & AI (Frog) Internship

What will you do as a Customer Transformation & AI Intern?

Do you want to gain practical experience with real client challenges and deploy AI to build new customer experiences? You will participate in our team, in client projects, and in our internal AI project. You always reason from the customer's perspective: who is the end user, where is the pain point, and how can AI enable a better experience? You are not afraid of technology and will help build things yourself.

In this role:

• You will map out customer journeys and pain points through customer research, data analysis, and workshops, and explore where AI can improve the experience for customers or employees.
• You will translate those insights into AI-enabled concepts, services, and processes, from initial sketch to working prototype.
• You will work on client projects revolving around customer experience and digital transformation.
• You will work on your own internal AI project throughout your entire internship: you will investigate how our consultants work, what they need, and build AI skills, workflows, prompts, and templates for an AI working environment that we also deploy at clients.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Start: February 2027, for 5 - 6 months
Location: Utrecht, hybrid and partly on-site at clients
Experience level: Master's student

We are looking for someone who combines creativity, strategic insight, and commercial thinking with a passion for building.

• You are in the final stages of a university Master's degree in Design, Innovation, Marketing, Data, AI, or a similar field, or have recently completed it.
• You have experience in customer-centric working, for example with design thinking, customer research, customer journeys, or service design, and can translate complex information into understandable and applicable solutions.
• You build solutions with AI yourself and can show a concrete example of this, such as a prototype, workflow, tool, or agent. In doing so, you look critically at the output and know when AI is not the right solution.
• You possess strong communication and collaboration skills and maintain a professional attitude toward clients.
• You speak and write business-level Dutch and English fluently.
